About the event
Kutip-kutip event begin with a short, guided body warm-up to gently arrive and prepare the body.
From there, we move into the action of care — mindfully picking up rubbish along the beach, practicing karma yoga through simple, attentive service.
A final closing session with a short reflection meditation, allowing space to acknowledge our actions, reconnect with the breath, and offer gratitude to the Earth.
